When can I start using the service?
You can chat with your driver by accessing the service on the day of use.
I cannot find my location.
This occurs when you have not enabled location permission on your mobile device. Check if location setting has been turned off in your device browser.
※ Smart Chauffeur Service is a web-based platform for user convenience, connection may sometimes be delayed depending on your network conditions (Please contact our Call Center if any issues arise).

How do I meet my driver? (How do I board the vehicle?)
Your driver will be waiting nearby, such as in the airport parking lot.
Once you arrive at the airport, please request pick-up via chat.

Please request pick-up via chat at your scheduled pick-up location.
Do I need to set up my tour destinations in advance?
If you register your schedules in advance, your driver can check them beforehand for smoother service operation.
Of course, you can directly tell the driver about your schedules in person as well.
There's a pop up saying 'Reserved Service area exceeded' when I register or adjust my destination.
This occurs when you select a location outside the area (city) you reserved.
If you wish to add such location to your schedule, please contact our Call Center. Additional charges may apply depending on the region.
Are there any extra costs incurred during service?
Parking fees or overtime surcharges may incur during service,
but our Call Center will guide you through the payment separately after the schedule ends.
(Please do not pay the driver directly.)
