Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to register user information and consent to the T&Cs each time?
    For first access, there are two steps you must complete, “① Reservation information confirmation” and “② User information registration”.
    You will have to enter your information and consent to the T&Cs at the “② User information registration” step, once per Reservation code.
    Therefore, if you have completed step ②, you can check your reservation details immediately.
  • By when do I have to register user information and consent to the T&Cs?
    It is recommended that you complete the process at least 30 minutes before service time for smooth service operation.
  • I cannot find my location.
    This occurs when you have not enabled location permission on your mobile device. Check if location setting has been turned off in your device browser.
    ※ Smart Chauffeur Service is a web-based platform for user convenience, connection may sometimes be delayed depending on your network conditions (Please contact our Call Center if any issues arise).
  • How do I meet my Chauffeur?
    Once the schedule starts, please press Request Pick-up at the meeting location shown in [View Departure Info] button on the map or at the meeting location we provided in advance. Your Chauffeur will come pick you up.
  • How do I meet my Chauffeur?
    Once the schedule starts, you can set your current location and destination, then request pickup.
    Then, the Chauffeur will move to your location to pick you up.
  • Do I need to set up my tour destinations in advance?
    If you register your tour destinations in advance, your Chauffeur can check the routes beforehand for smoother service operation.
    Of course, you can directly tell the Chauffeur about your schedules in person as well.
    ※ If you wish to make changes to your schedules, please use the Schedule Management Function within the Smart Chauffeur Service.
  • There's a pop up saying 'Reserved Service area exceeded' when I register or adjust my destination.
    This occurs when you select a location outside the area (city) you reserved.
    If you wish to add such location to your schedule, please contact our Call Center. Additional charges may apply depending on the distance.
  • Are there any extra costs incurred during service?
    Parking fees or overtime surcharges may incur during service.
    Parking fees can be paid directly on site (or after the schedule ends).
    Overtime surcharge will be informed separately after the schedule ends, so please do not pay the Chauffeur directly.
